For the month of October 2022, we have been delayed 8 days from inclement weather which has impacted progression of the removal of GSW and classification of the site. Chalouhi has also completed and classified half of the site for the removal of the GSW ready for the piling to commence next week. Demolition and clearance of the hot spot has also been completed in the month of October.
Design has progressed in the month of October with the Wall type drawings, Concrete Set-out Plans, Façade design, Structure Design and Civil Design have been issued for IFC. With final coordination of the services design up to level 7 been issued to the ICA, PTW and Lucid for their review and comments.
