The project site establishment works have only just commenced on site with no issues to date which is a little later than programme for various reasons.
Whilst Construction Certertificate Issue is running behind Program, this is not affecting progress of the works on site with overall design and procurement for the project progressing well.

Tree removal on site in buffer zone along Bennelong Parkway and between parking spaces on Murray Rose Ave
Paving removal in excavation areas
Demolition, excavation and form/reo/pour cross overs at no’s 1 and 2 Murray Rose Ave
Establishment survey set out of benchmark and gridlines
