DA approval for 293 apartments

The NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment has granted development approval to Austino Property Group to develop two blocks in Sydney Olympic Park.


The approval allows for the construction of 293 apartments ranging from one, two, three and four bedrooms including penthouses with sweeping views to the city. The development provides for a high level of amenity.


As part of the development agreement with Sydney Olympic Park, Austino will provide 14 units for affordable housing.


The buildings were designed by award winning international architectural firm, PTW Architects, and their close attention to design quality, sustainability and technology, the project was awarded ‘Design Excellence’ by a panel of experts led by the NSW Government Architect. The project will be the first high rise apartment buildings to achieve 6 star Green Star rating.
